Our Project Development and Funding Relationships begin with an extensive strategic evaluation of all issues and all materials related to meeting the client’s stated project development and funding objectives.

This process will begin with a written Statement of Objectives from the client, followed by an in-depth Client Questions Memo from our team, which the client will answer. The initial deliverable will be a detailed Action Steps Memo (a plan)… divided into two or three phases of specific actions… with our suggestions to meet the client’s stated objectives in what we feel will be the best and most cost-effective way possible.

TERMS- The retainer for this client evaluation, consultation and plan development relationship is $3,750, payable via our invoice to confirm and begin development of the Client Questions Memo.

>>>>> The initial client retainer is directly applicable to the final milestone for project development and/or funding if the client contracts with our team for implementation.

The term of this relationship will be 30 calendar days beginning on the day we send the Client Questions Memo. This relationship can be extended at NO COST by mutual agreement.
