OUR PROCESS

Our process with all new clients begins with an initial strategic evaluation of all issues and all materials related to meeting that client’s stated objectives. This will be based on extensive phone interviews and the client’s answers to a detailed Client Questions Memo that will be sent at the start of the evaluation process.

The deliverable for all clients within the evaluation period will be an in-depth Action Steps Memo (a plan). This plan will include what we see as both the client’s strengths and challenges, along with two or three phases of specific action steps to help meet the client’s stated objectives in the best and most cost-effective way possible.
